Gondor provides EdgeCDN services, allowing users to deliver content globally with record-breaking performance applications with ease. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

When you create an account with us, you must:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

• Fees are charged in advance on a subscription basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gondor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Gondor harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
